每年二月中，我们都要去加拿大的渥太华。那里零下20C是家常便饭，我们出门都要把脸捂得严严实实，可当地人连帽子都不带。

Yes, Ottawa is very cold in winter.
We also cover our faces sometime when wind chill factor too high.
The Chinese type hat which have side covers for ears could be good.
I mean the one Chairman Mao used always.

Depends on which part of the City.  We live in new communities, so only 33% more.  Inner city is crazy, old broken house costs around a million!  That really kills many people.

鏟雪不是我的部門﹐通常有1寸便鏟﹐因為天氣一回暖雪便成冰﹐那時更難鏟。
