I AM A TYPICAL HONGKONG BORN CHINESE. I CAN READ CHINESE WELL, I SPEAK CANTONESE.
THE PROBLEM IS I DON,T KNOW HOW TO TYPE CHINESE INTO KEYBOARD.
SO IF YOU WANT TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME JUST TYPE CHINESE WILL BE OK.

you can install office 2003/2007，choice microsoft ime 2007，then you can type chinese
and you can install other chinese ime

If you have Window XP, you can install chinese input system, it is very easy. From the bottom left conner, choose START, SETTINGS, then CONTRONL PANEL,

a window will open up.

From CONTROL PANEL, choose REGINAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS, another window will pop up.

In that window, click on the tab LANGUAGES, then click on the button DETAILS. A "Text Services and Input Languages" window will pop up.

You can click on ADD button, a dialog box "Add Input language" will show up.

Click on the box "Input language", it will drop down a list of languages for you to choose, scrowl the list to find the input system you know how to use (for example, Chinese RPC) and select it. Click on "OK" button to get out of the dialog. Click on "OK" again to get out of "Text Services and Input Languages". Click on "OK" again to get out of "Regional and Languages Options", you are all set to use Chinese. If you want to go back to English input, press "Alt" and "Shift" keys at the same time, if you want to go back from English to Chinese again, press "Alt" and "Shift" keys again. Hope this will work for you.

Anyway, thanks you guys for your kind response and concerns

自从在OD上贴后,我的中文打得快多了.以前和国内的朋友写email,我都是打英文,他们回中文.我有个朋友,她儿子生于美国,15岁了,满口流利的英语,但中文说得结结巴巴,他认得的那点中文还是每星期六从中文学校学来的.但居然也会用中文输入法到中国的网页去查找他喜欢的game和music.

装个中文输入软件就OK啦.
